Op prison setup

Looking for a SMALL op prison server, maybe 5-10 players.
All mines must be different, and the builds have to be "Up to par"
I want to see the server myself before I give a price, but my budget is around 500$.
The server must include:
Spawn
A-Z mines (A-D can be connected to spawn)
Pvp arena (Negotiable)
Banner
Logo (Negotiable)
Domain (Obviously)
Crates (Negotiable)
Setup buycraft

No one else can have the setup it is running on, or else I will not be interested.

I don't use skype much anymore, so just comment on here please.

I'm not looking for the highest quality mines, I just want decent looking mines. And also I'm going to change it to where you can give me just the builds, not the entire setup.

Well, if you want a domain, you already have 1/15 of your price. Dcent builds (pvp/mines/basics) is around 20/15 of your price, as it is impossible to find someone who will build an entire prison server for around 75$, which is already too high because if you want a domain with it, and a fully-setup server that noone else has, so customly coded...

So, you want decent builds for around 60-75
you prefer to have a domain with the price too which is 10
you also want customly coded prison plugins that you can't find anywhere else for somewhere around 60-75
...

Good luck m8! I'd say that you are going to need at least 500$ to get a fully set up server.
