I woke up this morning and found in my paypal account that payments from OPSkins were refunded to me for whatever reason (payments which I made yesterday). I log onto the website and it tells me that I'm banned for OP skins for opening a dispute and they threaten to call the local authorities for fraud, which obviously isn't the case, which frankly I'm pissed off about. What company threatens to call the police on a customer for THEIR mistake and calls them out on fraud? My question is, how did this happen, and am I in my legal right to keep this money because I'm really not happy about this... It's about $85 worth in skins so nothing too major

They wouldn't be able to do anything as it was their mistake, also if the law enforcement got involved, they will go straight to the "internet police", from there they will track from where the dispute was made. So if they decide to take this court, yeah they can't do anything.
