OP skyblock economy spreadsheet

Hello mcm,
I am looking to see how much it would cost to get a balanced op skyblock spreadsheet. This spreadsheet would have multiple tabs including: Blocks, Farming, Food, Potions, Island, Tools, PvP, Color, Redstone, Spawners, and MobDrops. The spreadsheet would be on google docs, with a separate tab for each category. The price for buying one, buying a stack, selling one, and selling a stack would need to be included and color coded. It also has to be balanced. My budget is $1-5. DM on discord, LukeBen#7901.

I am sorry if I sound harsh, but you won't really get a good and balanced economy anywhere with that budget.
Economy isn't just throwing up prices from your head or setting default prices for each type of blocks(e.g. logs) if you want it to be balanced, and for someone who knows what he's doing that budget is low.

What would you recommend as a budget, I put that because that’s what I thought it was worth. I am willing to pay more though.
