I created my account May 28th, 2012. I play 3-4 hours on a weekday (can be more, since I am homeschooled, lots of flexible times). One a weekend, if I'm not too busy, I'm constantly free, and/or playing Minecraft.

I have never been given any negative consequence on any server or forums. I generally follow all rules or demands given my way. So, you can expect that I know how to handle rough situations.

Not gonna lie, I've never had Staff experience myself. Now, my sister IS a Moderator on a small server, so I've gained a lot of experience from it. But, honestly, I've never been a Staff member on any other server.
How many hours can you contribute per day?:
I am homeschooled, as I mentioned before, so I can put a lot of time into a server or forums. I can give an estimate of about 3-4 hours on weekdays, and 12 plus on weekends. I have a lot of free time, really.

I first started playing Minecraft early 2013, I play whenever my friends are playing or when I'm bored and simply have nothing to do, with this staff position I'd be extremely active as I stated above, I'm bored.

Banned for hacking on small servers, joking with some moderators.

Yes, I do. I used to moderate a server called Mineverse which rolls in about 3000 players daily. I used to moderate the Factions and OP Factions game-modes, while moderating Mineverse I played for about 5 hours daily, maybe even more. On my time on Mineverse I learnt how to properly use Xenforo, I also learnt how to use Enjin on other servers, a few small servers I've moderated.

Although my main focus has generally been with Website Administration, Voice server Administration, and Management of day to day operations such as staff, donations, public relations, expanding the community, basic back and fixes/tweaks, policies, and keeping the player base happy and informed!

My job there, Was to manage the day to day operations of the server from promoting staff, And handling appeals to making plugins for the server, I was demoted due to a argument me and the owner had in over him selling the server,
I was also mod on MultiPvP, I was mod for 3 months, And I was demoted due to a issue that occurred that I forgot to disable /vanish after I started to watch hackers, Long story short I starting pvping without turning it off. Last, I was also a live-chat representative for Twisted-hosting
