Exactly. Your management only hires his friends, and is a complete asshole towards everyone else. I was there, in the staff team. Luckily I had one of the two managers at the time(s) snapchat so I could make sure I wouldnt get demoted. Until I saw what pig-sti it turned into, I was forced by myself to leave.

We have 6 managers, they are all given various jobs.
I'm not sure how the staff management has over 40 friends that are all staff, you're just talking out your ass now.
