What is OpCrates?
It is a highly customizable crates plugin with unlimited rewards and crates, crates are opened by crate keys
Is it configurable?
Well...
Yes, it is, except for the winning gui, some of its items are not configurable, this will be added soon.

How do you win a reward?
You right click a crate with a key, it opens a scrolling GUI, and the item landing in the middle is the winning item

yes, it can be any number, including decimals
EDIT: its between 0 and 100, including decimals
