I'm afraid we've had issues with infinity in the past, as he refuses to abide to our commission standards in which we don't provide quotes for our build. We mistakenly agreed to give him a quote after a bit of arguing. He requested that we provide our top quality for all of his builds. After starting on the project we realized that the price we quoted him was under-priced for the amount of extra detail he wanted. We take responsibility of course for this misunderstanding and will prevent this from happening agian in the future.

Top quality shouldn't be in the price if it isn't top quality free builders can do the exact same job. Plus naming your price makes people feel cheated having to hassle to get a good deal rather than being able to see your service and what it offers for certain prices and be able to compare it to other services.
