Open Fencegate Pearl Plugin

I'm looking for a developer who can make a plugin that will allow you to throw an Enderpearl at a fencegate and it will allow you to go through the fencegate and onto the block behind it.

If you have a plugin like this made or you can make a plugin like this please contact me.

If you will do it for free then perfect, if you need anything under 5$ I will pay that price.

Cannot be made within a plugin. I don't know if this would work (as i've never tried it before) but you could cancel the teleportation of the player into the fencegate, instead 'killing' that ender pearl entity and creating a new ender pearl at the other side of the fence gate. Might be a little buggy and probably doesn't work, but otherwise you would need a custom spigot.
