I am the network owner of OverpoweredHub, a network specializing in overpowered gamemodes. magicmq, our lead developer and co-owner, need a dedicated and creative builder experienced with creating faction spawns. We have a unique idea and need a unique builder to bring that idea to life.
Requirements:
Payment/Deadline:
As touched on before, we will pay 50% of the negotiated payment of the build up front as you have to build on a server provided by us. The other half of the payment would be issued upon completion of the build. We need the project done before December 13th.
Payment for the OPFactions spawn: $200-$350
We also need warps to be created after, but the payment for those will be negotiated via Skype. Separating the payments for the main spawn and warps makes things simple and everyone likes simple

Requirements:
- Experienced with terraforming, creating detailed warzones, and just overall a good builder
- Able to create 3-D dinosaurs and really any 3-D pre-historic/extinction era (We will provide more info about this via a google document)
- Must build on OUR provided server as we will have the map itself generating (loading the chunks entirely) whilst you build AND so you can do terraforming to the map the actual players will be playing on. Due to this, we will pay 50% of the negotiated price up front.
