PRICING
Bukkit/Spigot Plugins
Small plugins can range anywhere from FREE* till 5$. The plugin will contain basic integration for commands, as well as configuration and events.
Time Frame: Depends on the complexity of the plugin. Can range anywhere from a couple of hours till 3 days maximum.
(*): Plugins will be judged by me if you think it should be for free.
Medium plugins can range anywhere from 5$ till 25$. The plugin will contain utility classes, and basic functionality for minigames.
Time Frame: Depends on complexity of the plugin. Can range anywhere from a couple of days (3 days), till a maximum of a week.
Large plugins can range anywhere from 45$ till 90$. These kinds of plugins will essentially have numerous api classes, as well as a core plugin for a server.
Time Frame: Depends on complexity of the plugin. Can range anywhere from a week; till probably a maximum of a month.
BungeeCord Plugins
BungeeCord has a minimum price of about 15$. These prices can range depending on the complexity of the plugin as stated above.
Addons/Notices
If you want MySQL support to any of these packages stated above; it'll require an extra payment of about 5$. If the plugin is COMPLETELY MySQL based; it'll cost the same as the small plugins.
I do not offer support/code for RedisBungee.
I only use MySQL databases.
I do not offer support/code for COMPLETELY NMS plugins. (I do offer support for NMS for small plugins).
PAYMENTS
After numerous discussion, and accepting the plugin idea of your's; I'm going ask you to drop 25% of the plugin's price up-front. The payment will be done through PAYPAL and only. You will hear and see from our test server the plugin you demanded and the building phases of it. You'll be also able to track every progress i made through our official Slack. After testing the plugin extensively, and upon approval, you'll be given the source code and the jar; and you pay the 75% of the money remaining.
TOS
Purchasing any of these packages above means you AUTOMATICALLY agree to these written Terms Of Service.
You are not allowed to chargeback after you have received your goods. Any attempt to do so will get you reported to the SpigotMC Staffs, and a fight with Paypal to re-obtain the charge backed money.
You are not allowed to resell the plugin after i have given it to you; and you may not claim it as your's.
I have the right to deny any request for any reason.
As stated in the Pricing section, time frame and price is subject to change depending on the size and complexity of the plugin.
You are not allowed to edit the source code. You will need to ask permission from me first so you can edit it after.

I can Vouch here, They came to me looking for a logo, and from talk to talk I talked about how I wanted some plugins, Joseph rushed to help me, They made the plugin perfect, fixed any found bugs, and super fast, They became my #1 source of development.
Elie is the first person I've met in the team, He's friendly, and fun, He gave me ideas for my server and really helped me out. Don't hesitate to work with him.
Joseph, is the second guy I've met in the team, He didn't just make me my plugins, he gave me ideas for them, suggested me some better solutions for bugs, and always did the changes I've asked for. again, Don't hesitate to work with him.
In general, OctopusMC DEV is one of the most clean, fast and efficient services there is, you just give them the Idea, and you'll see it alive.
I know my vouch may not be much because of my reputation and points, but I'm just stating what I've dealt with, Even small opinions matter.
TL;DR Don't ever hesitate asking from OctopusMC for services, they'll work it out, and it works for tight budgets as well
