This guy is legitimately asking for help so he can look into a plugin and see how it works.

To the OP: If you really want to learn how to make plugins you need to learn Java and the Bukkit/Spigot API.
I learnt from pogostick29dev for BukkitAPI and TheNewBoston for Java. Both of these people are great tutors, although sadly sort of out dated. Don't expect to be an expert or for people to spoon feed you code, because it doesn't help you.
Whenever I had an error in my plugins (Blasted null pointers) I would always go to Bukkit forums, sadly it isn't really active anymore. So Google is your best friend these days.

Reach out to more experienced developers and even consider paying for programming courses if you really want to focus on a career in programming.

Pretty much every developer on this website is self taught to an extent, and I'm glad that people are still eager to learn how to code.
