Open Sourced Plugin Ideas

I have a friend whom is attempting to build a portfolio, very knowledgeable individual. However he and I both lack the ideas to come up with unique / fun plugins. If you'd like to see a plugin created please describe it below.

A custom join/leave message selector GUI. Players can select their join/leave messages and maybe apply effects. A permission system can allow server owners to make certain message's available to donators only. Overall, it's a fantastic donation perk!
