About this project:
This current project is called MC Connect. We are a Minecraft Discord Community who aims to foster a friendly and supportive environment where professionals of all levels can come together to share experiences, resources, information, gather feedback, give advice, and so much more.
Duties:
As an individual apart of our Support Team, you'll oversee various operations, making key decisions to ensure the success and growth of this new project. You'll be directly involved in planning, coordinating, and managing both staff and minor operations. Your duties will range from setting sales targets, budgeting, and developing team plans to managing relationships with partners and other servers. A strategic mindset, leadership, skills, and a deep understanding of business management are crucial to excel in this role.
Requirements:
15+ years of age
Must be able to remain professional and mature at all times
Must have prior knowledge and experience to work within a support team
