1. Tell me what kind of build do you want.
2. Discuss about the price. (After we have a deal about the build)
3. You need to pay me up front via PayPal when I'm done with 50% of the build.
4. And pay me the rest of the payment when I'm done with the build.

Payment structures:
100x100 = $50
200x200 = $80
300x300 = $100

Term of Service:
1. You are permitted to do anything with the map (Including reselling it)
2. You have to credit me for the build that I made
