Recently, my partner and I acquired the server files to Esile Network (the name will possibly be changing) and are looking to hire a couple of people to fill some management positions. The positions we are hiring for our as follows; Operating Manager, Marketing Manager, and Planning Manager. We are open to combining the Marketing and Planning position into one.
Please note that these positions are not paid. The owner and I are not being paid either, and all staff positions are voluntary work.
Planning Manager
The Planning Manager's job is to primarily, just come up with ideas for the server. You need to be a very creative individual. Generally, you will plan new game modes, events, maps, etc. Once you have a concept going, you will send it to Operating who will begin carrying it out, and once they have a plan, they'll send their information to Marketing to start publicizing the new game mode and maps.
Operating Manager
The Operating Manager's job is to carry out what the Planning Manager comes up with. Once the network is established, they'll also be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the server, which will include handling complaints, working with the staff, etc. Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager's job is to make announcements on Discord and Twitter. Run ads whenever we decide to put them out and be there for the community. Not a lot, but you will be the face of Esile.
