Anyone can say it had 15 players average. Without proof, unfortunately, it means nothing. Also, how long ago did you get 15 players average, as people may of removed the server from their server-list because it is not open.

Without proof it got the 15 players you are basically selling a most likely skidded factions core with a few leaked plugins... Its not worth anything unless you could get proof or find a player who used to play who may have screenshots.
