OPFaction Server (Mainly Custom Plugins)

Selling an OPFaction server which made $200 in it's first month. Most plugins are custom including stats and other essential parts of the architecture of the server.

I will give more details on the server on request.

This is a growing server with lots of potential and could lead up to a very good OPFaction server.

Why I am Selling ? I do not have time to run with exams coming up and a month trip I will be away without the server being worked on and as it is a new server it will die without proper care.

I am willing to throw you in any repairs needed by my dev although I doubt there will be any.

I never said this... He wanted to offer $150 including the dedi machine I just renewed the day before for $150 so I had no personal gain.

I offered 210$ at first, and you said no, and counteroffered at 280$.
Then I got on the server and had a closer look, and knowing that I would have to buy a new spawn, and fix up a lot of things, I offered 150$.
Then you said you wouldn't sell it because you had just gotten the dedi, which means if I were to buy this server for 150$, I would end up spending another 100$~ on a dedi.
Not worth it in my opinion

Well I apologise if you got that vibe from me. I didn't counter offer anything I was just chucking prices. I would of been extremely happy with $150 but giving the $150 dedicated server over I just paid for just sounds stupid? I make no gain I could just run the server and make more money from it. I did offer a free build by my builder but you also denied. I basically denied the offer as I didn't make anything from it, I would have to use the $150 to buy another dedi to keep my server files which are much more important to me then this server.

I made a map for him a while back, he said he'd pay me once he got the money. Clearly he does have the money now and is avoiding to pay me
