Opinion on Byte? (Vine 2.0)

What are your opinion on Byte? For those who don't know, it's a new app by the creators of Vine that seems to be getting quite popular. I personally never really used vine, but this seems quite cool. I just hope the community doesn't turn into something like what is on TikTok...
