It's neat, but a bit slow. I would do the tracking from the middle on the your team instead and ease the transitions quite a bit. But it's quite neat overall, great starting point.

That was a good starter animated banner, although it was kinda slow indeed, or it's just laggy for me too. My rate is 8/10 for a simple-type banner. Keep it up!
