Opinion on my videos?

I recently started making spigot coding tutorials on youtube and I feel like I need to improve the way I teach, but I don't know how. If you could help me figure it out, that would be great! Also, any other opinions on my videos would help too!

Java Bukkit/Spigot Tutorial series, never done before. Man, your content is so unique!

Maybe try sticking to more of a script throughout the video so you don't repeat some stuff. Also, try and be quick and concise with the overview at the start and begin quickly as people who look for YouTube tutorials are probably looking for something quick/easy. In the installation phase people don't really care why they have to download some things (like JRE), they are more eager to get into the work. I like how it's a bit informal and friendly though, kind of personable.

I was just honest, maybe it sounds like an asshole, but I need to ask you: Why do you want to start such a series? I mean, it's done before so many times.. I would be perfectly fine with that, but the content itself is just too similar to others. Try to make your plugin series unique with some special effects and not a one-time recording. Thanks for the negative reputation, even tho it's not justified. And by the way, your code-style looks horrible - *just being honest, not trying to be an asshole*
