Opinions/Advice on my server logo’s color scheme (vote which one)

Hello,

I had a logo made and asked for a bit of revision from the artist, from that revised version I played w/ the settings a bit and got these three:

Which one do you like the most?

i think the point of that is so it seems like its a sandcastle coming out of the sand sorta

I like the shading / colours on everything except for the people... They look washed out. If you take skin colours from images of actual people, you'll see that they have tones of red and purple and pink in the skin. Not... gray.

I like the top one, color balance and contrast looks really nice on that one

I prefer the top one, as well. It's a bright, beach day theme, so the super dark colours on the latter two don't really make that much sense in my opinion.
