So recently csgo got a new update (patch notes here: http://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/category/updates/ )
The main note in this update for most people is “CS:GO items received in trade cannot be re-traded for seven days.”

My question is: what do you think this will mean for csgo’s future? Do you think gambling websites will overcome this? Or will it force them to close?
Only time will tell truthfully but im interested in your opinions so leave them below.

If the eco get's ruined, skins go down, players do too. I'm a trader myself, my inventory has already dropped 50 along with the dlore dropping around 200-300 depending on what. Sites will be ruined along with that as well such as gambling like csgoroll and trading like cs.money

Not true. Sites will not be ruined. Just like how H1Z1 Trading was, when you trade there's a 1 week hold, sites like SkinsGambling still had H1Z1 Gambling.
Regardless, it will still heavily affect the market. As it is, and as it's been, gamling for most people have been done-and-done, most get it done in a day from getting the money to gamble with, to withdrawing or losing it all.

On the trading side of things, with keys and direct 1-1 skin trading this will ruin so much. Deals won't be active as people once they get a skin will have a long time to wait to get the trade done. With this being said, the trading side of CS:GO at least will take a large hit.
