Unmanaged host so support will not be the best you can always find a cheap sysadmin though. The ddos protection is worth it for the price on a "you get what you pay for level". Other than that I can vouch for them I've used them in the past and the service is solid.

If you are asking about OVH, they are ok. Like you said, great prices and great specs. But yeah support it bad.

I don't know why people always say OVH has bad support, for me personally they had really good support they just charged me per ticket. But after all they're not a managed host, that's why they're cheaper.
