You're mixing minimalism/flat design and skeuomorphism which looks kinda odd to me

The website needs improving.. The header goes over the title text e.g About Us, there's some other stuff that needs fixing but you can find them yourselves. ...

Yet another generic website from Thrus. They aren't original, it's minor Bootstrap edits at best. It's sad to see that people contact them for a horrible website. How much did you even pay for something that's available for free online for likely better?

EDIT: Great to see the author rated my post "creative" for calling him out. Nice to see he's still a hardass about little comments.
