Huh, just wondering what your fan configuration will be for your case. Like how many intake/exhaust fans will you have and where are they placed. : P

I made you a build.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/7RkjHN
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/7RkjHN/by_merchant/

This build was intended for general use, light photo/video editing, gaming, and just a general fast, powerful, and compact experience for day to day use, whatever that may be for the average gamer and internet user. This can run the witcher 3 medium settings at 40 FPS, Minecraft high everything /w shaders at around 250, and Minecraft normal above 700.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($324.99 @ SuperBiiz)
No doubt one of my favorite processors on the market right now. It's fast, compatible with all z170 motherboards, and just a general beast at processing no matter the task. As it is a K model, you can overclock and this build is intended at you overclocking it at around 4.2-4.4 GHZ.

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg)
CRYORIG is a personal preference for me, I just love their coolers no matter which model. The H7 is the newest edition in the H series, and should provide great cooling and temperature control for a great price. Liquid cooling is a joke, you shouldn't be spending more than $60 on a cooler.

Motherboard: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Amazon)
Asus is the go-to motherboard manufacturer for me. The build quality on there ATX's is amazing, and this motherboard isn't an exception. It's compact, easy to work with and change certain things in-and-out, and also comes with future proofing for ports, cables, etc.

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Not much to be said with memory, there all pretty alike. If you're not doing intense video or photo editing, you don't need more than 8 gigs of ram. Unless you are doing intense video/photo editing, or multi-tasking always, these corsair sticks of ram should do the trick, at a good price. Don't be afraid to upgrade to more RAM if needed, Corsair is the better brand the G.Skill in my opinion.

Storage: Intel 540s 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($79.89 @ OutletPC)
Intel recently just got into the SSD market, and they're killing it. This SSD has one of the best disk speed's ever, and I mean ever. Unless your a serious gamer or file user, more than 240GB won't be needed. This SSD is one of the best out right now, and it comes compact and at a fair price.

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($48.89 @ OutletPC)
Just a junk/image HDD. Seagate has decent speeds as far as HDD's go and they're a consumer friendly price.

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card ($329.99 @ Newegg)
This video card should get you through almost anything. It's no Titan X, but it can run games on high at amazing speeds. One of the best graphic cards ever made, and it's hefty cheap as well. I prefer MSI over EVGA, as MSI has better quality, sizing, and speeds than EVGA. 4GB should be more than enough if your not doing hardcore video or photo editing/watching.

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($78.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $1077.22

My personal power supply. This power supply has more than enough Wats to get you through every part imaginable, and its 80+ gold which is always a great addon. Comes with a well thought out the price as well, along with it being fully modular.

I'm pretty good with building computers and upgrading them, so just let me know if you want some advice or assistance on building one/upgrading a current one.

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
