Building on what Sentiinel said, if you are getting a 1080 you might as well get a i7 to save you bottlenecking and more performance. But if you don't want to get a i7 or don't have the budget downgrade the 1080 to a 1070 or 1060 depending on what you need. And use the extra money to upgrade your cpu or get more ram. (PSU looks fine as it is a 80+ Gold and 550ws is perfectly fine for what you need).
Thanks, I didn't even think about bottlenecking, I'll definitely be upgrading to an i7 then.

Get some silent case fans because 1080 is not the best in cooling.

What is the purpose of this computer? I'm assuming gaming, but is there anything else? And what games will you be playing?
In terms of your question for advice I'd change the graphics card to something with a better cooling solution. I'm not talking about the argitecture itself but the massive block of cooling that's ontop of it. It has proven to be less efficient in cooling compared to other graphics cards and often louder.
(In-case someone's gonna complain: yes, it's not a founders. similar cooling design. same problem. enough said).
A Z170 chipset and Kaby Lake processor aren't guaranteed to work together without flashing the motherboard first with a Skylake processor. This is still a problem with some motherboards (although not all). So I'd definitely recommend a Z270 chipset motherboard. It also has more features compared to a Z170 motherboard.
Consider a slightly more optimal CPU cooler. Handled the one in this part list before and it's not optimal. But yeah that's all what you prefer n stuff.
