I would personally invest a bit more money into the graphics card as games are evolving and getting better graphics also the 1060 is getting to be old hardware. Would also recommend Ryzen. You can also save a bit of money by switching to a m.2 ssd, (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Dg...lue-1tb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-wds100t2b0b) is what I use and get very good boot times. Would also recommend 3200 mhz ram.

maybe a better cpu cooler but other than that.... everything looks quite fine other than the GPU.

Assuming your just gaming, swap the cpu for a 3600, msi tomahawk max (not the non-max). I never bothered to look at low end coolers but that ones fine. Since you're using ryzen, try to pick up faster ram with 3600mhz being the sweet spot or at least 3200. For gpu, in the same price range, you want a 1660 super. Swap your ssd to an mx500, it's the same speed (within 1%) at a lower cost.

Why purchase a 1060? If you are on a budget just go with AMD.

My recommendations: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cNRbhg

Don't skimp out on the motherboard when it's the heart of your computer.

If you're planning to game at all, even just Minecraft, I'd get a RTX 2070 directly from EVGA.

Get a better CPU cooler, and don't pay $100 for Windows when you can get it for $3 on eBay.
