Opinions on Shared hosting from namecheap

Hey guys, whats your opinions on namecheap 15$ yearly shared hosting? who tried it?

To you attention the location is USA, I don't think they are writing it.
I would not suggest buying hosting from domain providers. In NameCheap's case their hosts are very slow.
Depending on your locations, you can find better deals.

Its very cheap tho, 1.3$ monthly.

Just read through all these Hosting threads. Do some research people offer it. Jeez depending on the space you need I could do it for that amount.
