I think the title says it all. Yes, I know the arms and legs are very weird, but please leave some general/specific ideas of where I can improve on (don't just trash the arms and legs because I know they're not too great)

I love em! I would work on getting cleaner line art though some of those lines being where they shouldnt be just looks unprofessional other than that nice stuff!

It's awesome! All I can say is maybe try to make the lineart a bit more clean. Also, shading will look a lot better if you use colours. For example a darker version of the colour you used will look good for the shading when you're painting. If you're cell shading I'd advice you to use a multiply layer and use pink/light red or purple to shade. It will look more natural than black. I love your style however! It's very cute, nice job :3
