It isn't really modern to be honest. Also that "Z" doesn't match the rest of the text that well.

That's the point.. The "Z" is meant to stand out.

It would look much better without the blue glow.
Also you over done the shadow by a lot. Make the distance small and change the angle to about 125 and lower the opacity.
I think it would look much better. Good luck.
