I am using Action! for like over a year now and I didn't have any problems with it yet, besides streaming buffering but that not the fault of Action!.

I haven't been using ShadowPlay a lot because of Action!, but it is quite good as far as I know.

OBS is really easy for streaming and if you have the right settings the quality is also really fine.
