How does this animated banner look like? I'm still learning, so please reply any helpful tips that you have, such as ways for better transitions or free/cheap softwares that would make this easier.

Hi! It's good but could use some more animation.
I'd recommend you learn after effects, it's really easy to learn too.

Doesnt exactly look very "animated" looks like a gif that one could make in photoshop pretty much, just like Zoey said, i would advise looking into learning after effects, plenty of tutorials on youtube good luck!
