Opinions on ViaBuy Card

Hello I've applied for a ViaBuy pre paid card and they have just accepted my drivers license as ID and are shipping my card to me within a few working days. Before I pay the €90 activation charge has anyone got any opinions on them? I've searched the web and can't find anything good about them aha so not sure if it's a good or bad idea now!
