Decent, I'd recommend working on your text.

First thing: There is definitely to MUCH going on in that image. Just use one of these 3 pictures for that banner (i think it is a youtube Banner thing?). Maybe you can use the same picture for the Background but scale it bigger or that the image fills the whole screen.

Second: The picture in the middle part looks like you have drawn it into the wide. NEVER do that. When you want to scale an image - scale it evenly in all directions.

Third: Personally i think the drop shadow from the middle part is way to hard and to big.

Fourth: Create a better contrast between the font and the background.

I like it, however it seems like a lot is going on in the picture.
