Most of it is customizable, especially most of the things you pointed out. (Drop shadow, text color etc..) hence why it has a PSD form. I do agree a lot more could've been done via the empty space. I will work more on that, thanks for the feedback.
If I were to buy a template I want it to look good from the start, why would I start editing it if I already bought one and you were supposed to make it look good.
