So this is my second time making a thread design and I need some opinions, I love the glowing stuff (not everyone does) and I know some people don't like half and half bars.

But anyhow I just want some opinions on what I could improve on not what you like about it and don't like about it!

Colour Pallet and Layout could be better, the blue yoke on the left isn't that effective either :3

It just doesn't look "professional" The color choice, font choice, and the overall size just feel awkward. This looks like something that you would see online like 12 years ago
