OPPrison Server Ideas

Hey, there I'm currently a server owner, and I'm looking for some custom plugin ideas for my players. But as of right now I'm burnt out of ideas as I been brainstorming and talking to developers about plugins. With being said I want some item based festures to where my players can use those items for an essentially boost. Or something entertaining for them perhaps a new type of custom event, or reward system. If you guys could help me out that would be greatly appreciated

I am half serious and half sarcastic when I say this:
Make a rewards program/card that gives them a % off of something.

Prison with Raiding and gangs? You gotta destroy the core inside of their base to destroy their gang.

This was done on a different cracked Minecraft server, but they removed it: Add like custom "drugs" which when people use them they get some type of a potion effect, have some players apply for the ranks of prison guards, have a warden from the staff team, then maybe have a secret shop in the PvP area that sells drugs and maybe the guards items, and as DiamondLunatic already said, gang wars. It wouldn't also hurt to add just a few pistols for the prisoners
