I disappointed in all of you hating on this poor lad. Heated is not new and if he says he thought he had permission to sell it, then we need to give him common courtesy until he is proven guilty. He even apologized to Pr3castDragon and ya'll are still giving him shit. #pathetic

He was already proven guilty. If you speed in a zone where you don't know the speed limit, you're still guilty. You can't just throw "well I didn't know that was a rule" or "I didn't know I could profit off it" and get away with these things.

If we continue to do that we further enforce the notion that you don't need to double check your sources if you're infringing on someones content or not. I wish MC Market had more protection for content creators and developers from thief's like LC and Heat. Unfortunately they don't, and we have to resort to publicly proving they are thieves.

Also do you wonder why he mentioned his friend sent it for him to sell and he said the mentioned opinions to click bait people so they would buy from him? Why was he not offering to sell this design if his friend did indeed tell him it was easy money? More like boosting a portfolio that wasn't good enough by itself.

Also asking for 'ops' on that artwork would SUGGEST that he's the person that designed it in the chat, as people don't go around asking for opinions on artwork done by others.
