I'm the owner of an upcoming factions server; OpticPvP. We are looking for developers, as we recently demoted our other developer for being inactive, meaning we need a new one. We're looking for people with experience in developing, and people who know what their doing.

Requirements:

-MUST have Java experience
-Has to have worked on a factions server before.
-Must be 14+
-Must be able to show proof of last servers you've worked on, or projects you've worked on.
-Experience with making / coding plugins (optional, higher chance of getting the job if you know how)
-Have discord & a working mic (in case we need to speak)

Payments:
Mostly looking for someone who can work for free and just does it as it's their interest and enjoys it. Will pay if needed.

Okay so you want a developer but you want them to configure stuff? Why do you make requirements if all they need to do is config?
