2014 optifine capes are so rare, i would say at least $1000. 
If you mean a minecon cape, i would say around $120-160, not my best area, so could be wrong there. But from what ive seen, thats roughtly what they are worth.

Optifine capes arent 2014, 2015 etc. So i assumed you where talking about a minecon cape, if so yes, you could for $100. If you are really talking about a normal optifine cape, they sell for around $3
