We have a fair use policy. The part relating to unlimited is the following:

"if you’re running our unlimited plan then you don’t need to worry about storage or data transfer. Similarly, you’re able to use an unlimited number of MySQL databases - but in the interests of performance and stability you should keep them optimized and no larger than 1GB or so in size."
