Optional user friendly profile URLs

Hey there!

I have a quick suggestion. Premium and up should have the option to create a user friendly URL for their profile.

For example, instead of
http://www.mc-market.org/members/39108/

We could make it so you could change it to
http://www.mc-market.org/members/Essy/

That change would be permanent so you wouldn't be able to change it later. Idk, just an idea

Maybe this could be a premium or supreme feature.
If this is a bad idea, feel free to disagree it. I don't really care

Basically it won't work, you change your name and then it ruins the whole structure of it (google ratings, links on threads, tags on threads, etc)

The URL would never change. You could set your page url to /members/lolololol even though your name is Essy. The URL you set would be permanent, regardless of name changes.

Okay, and that would ruin everything that has been done so far. It's too late in the game to do that (even if it were a good idea)
