(1) PM me and fill out the order format above
(2) If you have no positive reputation you are required to send the payment before purchase, otherwise I will create the thumbnail and send it to you with a watermark. You may request a few small changes. Once you are satisfied with the thumbnail you are required to send the payment. Once I recieve the payment, the thumbnail will be sent to you without a water mark.
