The reason its expensive is because a good 10K world usually takes time and effort to make. You shouldn't be surprised to have people asking $200 for what is literally a week of work in most cases.
Fire is your best hope, he sells pre-rendered EpicWorldGenertor and vanilla maps for very low prices, its pretty much the only thing you can afford.
