Well we hope that our cinematographers will be experienced, we want them to have a valid reputation and have past work. If we've seen them working in past teams or have worked with them in the past this will help us find people who're friendly and welcoming to users who're new and be polite and attentive always. Back to reputation people with lots of vouches or past work will be accepted. If you have a few negative reputations, we will check them and read over the evidence, if not bad enough to be deemed mind changing then we will continue in viewing scam reports and who's favour it did and should have gone in. Reading over the messages and seeing the purpose helps also support our decision. All of our Support Team are friendly and we hope to be able to have conversations and good discussions with our freelancers. We're always up for a giggleDetails? Then type Apply and it will open you an application. We can have a further discussion about your position and see if we can find any compromises.
