Hey, we denied you as you have literally 0 reputation and our selling point is trusted freelancers, after that you responded with a bad attitude which is not what we're looking for when hiring freelancers, we'd like our freelancers to be welcoming and outgoing in a positive way. Still, we do appreciate the ideas you contributed and think you did actually help us form our current system.

That's beside the point we're a brand new team, we don't accept freelancers with no reputation as on past teams owned by us we've had issues mainly involving freelancers being untrustworthy, that's why we're choosing the fewer more trustworthy and reputable members over the lower rated ones.

We currently manage our percentage to take from freelancers following this methodology:

15% Overall
10% Management
2.5% Sales Representative (Assuming there is one)
2.5% Human Representative (Assuming there is one)
