Orbital Save - Auto Save, and Backup Plugin

Hello, I am in need of an Auto save, and restart plugin.

I need these events to automatically happen based on a timer configured in the config.
I want the messages displayed to be configurable.
I also want a countdown setup so before the reboot it would say

• Restarting in 60 seconds.
• Restarting in 10 seconds.
• Restarting in 5 seconds.
• Restarting in 4 seconds.
• Restarting in 3 seconds.
• Restarting in 2 seconds.
• Restarting in 1 second.

For saving and backing up I want configurable message like
"Saving . . ."
"Saved."

I want the saving to be a clone of /save-all command.

IF MESSAGES ARE NOT CONFIGURABLE.
I WANT THEM SETUP TO BE ALL &d text.
I WANT THEM TO HAVE [Server] with space after prefix.
I would like the plugin named "OrbitalSave"

On your control panel, just setup a timer for Auto Saving, no need to waste RAM for a plugin when you can do it in less than 5 minutes.
