I basically need a bot for my IT Company where people can make tickets and place orders later the orders gets sent to the new orders channel from there freelancer can accept the orders and added to a different channel not same as the client tho (I don't want client or freelancer to interact with each other) whenever freelancer makes quote on the it's gets sent to same channel as the freelancer is gonna go in after I manually accept them to work on a project, that's all I want 3 categories, Orders and Active orders and command to change status of orders In simple words (Sorry i am really bad at explaining stuff) Client places a order, 2 channel gets created ORDER-CLIENT-0001, ORDER-0001 ORDER-CLIENT-0001 - Where i interact with the client ORDER-0001 - where i interact with the freelancer for communication and see / accept quotes and also this is gonna be the channel where freelancer is gonna be added later when i accept him I also want transcript system (no need for cool looking website design or any sort of css) (GETS SENT TO A CHANNEL NAMED ORDER HISTORY) That's all thank you!
