Ore Top Plugin (Paid)

Looking for an ore top plugin. Basically, when you mine different ores you get points which contribute to your standing on the leaderboard. The command would be /otop and would display the players name, and then the points the player has. So, {name} {total sum of points}. The point values would be as follows.

Coal - 1 Per each coal mined
Iron - 3 Per each iron mined
Gold - 4 Per each gold mined
Diamond - 6 per each diamond mined
Emerald - 9 per each emerald mined

I would like the data stored in files, and I'm willing to pay $5-$10 as I have been quoted both $5 and $7. It's a simple plugin to say the least.
