I have a custom terrain world that has no ores. Is there a way to add ores to that world?

Might be able to do that with MCEdit, by replacing a % of stone with various ores. But I don't think its possible to add veins of ores like vanilla Minecraft. Might be wrong, but ive never heard of a way to do so.

Veins are not possible, you might get them by luck. Well I can do it, only if your world is above 1.8.

I simply seem to have somehow messed up with the ore settings, no worries.
